> My friend & her daughter were standing by the club building & a piece of piping fell apart from the building directly onto my friend’s head. The impact hurt her, she was in shock, felt very dizzy & has since been in some pain. As you can imagine, it was a huge surprise to have a piece of the building fall down & land on a person, when it should have been secured appropriately. Pls provide a detailed explanation as to how this happened, a big apology to my friend & what measures you’ll be taking.
