> About 3 months ago, there was work done to change the underground waste pipes that went from the letter box of 36 Staveley St, Avonhead onto middle of the road. When it was done, we got told someone would come back to put the lawn in for a small retangular area by the curb side. As you can see from the photos attached, no grass there but overgrown weed that our lawn mower can not cut through.
