> The bins around 359 Lincoln Rd obstruct the narrow footpath. I’ve just seen an elderly gent in a mobility scooter ride the wrong way up the cycle lane to get around them. A safer place for the bins might be to the west of the crossing, outside the Salvation Army store. The path is wider there and it would avoid the collection truck stopping in the intersection/blocking the crossing. Is this something you can talk with the contractor about re suitability and arrange with the bin owners to change?
