> Hi, I’m reaching out as a concerned parent of Waimairi school who almost got run over today collecting my children With the closure of wairakei/aorangi rd blighs rd has become increasingly busy with cars speeding & not paying attention. The school road patrol comes about about 2.55 but my close call was at 2.50pm when a man signalled for me to cross & as I started he sped up almost hitting me, a few mins later another parent was crossing & was almost hit also. Mayb a cop could monitor for a bit?
