# General Request, 32 Ayr Street, Riccarton, Christchurch 8011, New Zealand

Riccarton, Christchurch · filed 14 February 2025 · report 5870299
https://www.chch.live/report/5870299

> Person was parked on the corner of Ayr Street and Monavale Avenue across yellow lines for at least 5 minutes. I approached the driver who acknowledged that he was aware he was parked on yellow lines and indicated that he was on a phone call. I said he should hang up and call the person back and move his car. That if someone has an accident he would be responsible. He remained there for another 4 minutes and only moved as a result of the driver in the car in front wanting to move their car.
