> Somebody dumped a rubbish bag full of maggots and baby nappies next to our rubbish bin. It was very smelly and the dogs were getting into it so we have put it in the rubbish bin with a note on the outside. My neighbour phoned about it too and was told somebody would come and remove it last night, but it is still there. Could you please remove it for us?
