> Highcrest Reserve in Westmorland in a disgusting state… hasn’t been mowed in weeks. Even when it was it was mowed too high they scarcely took anything from the grass…. So no point wasting time and effort if they are not going to mow it properly!!!! Children cannot play in this overgrown paddock. Please rectify the program to mow Westmorland reserves effectively, Thankyou.
