> Dogs still (previously reported) being run off lead often out of owners sight,along onawe flat road.I’ve been told by council that this is(like all roads)an on lead area but locals seem unaware of this.Dogs scaring people&other (on lead)dogs,pooing on verge&owner not picking up (probably unaware given dogs not in their sight).Have seen some close call near accidents when dog comes running around corner fast&car approaching in other direction.Could we please have some “dogs on lead” signs? Please
