> I operate Misceo Cafe and Frank’s Liquor in the Fendalton shopping area and am increasing annoyed at the weekly rubbish dump this is becoming Our main problem is the facility that both Op shops - City Mission Centre and St John’s promote They allowed for people to dump there unwanted junk at the front door steps of these businesses . See pictures of a usual Monday morning We have just had the roundabout and gardens redone & this is unacceptable. I have spoken to the operators to no avail. Help
