> The road gutters often flood in heavy rain, however today 18/02/25 my roof downpipe was unable to drain away and water was gushing out the bottom with nowhere to go because (I presume) the underground pipe was full, almost flooding my garage. The street also flooded badly on the north corner of Seddon and Millar Streets. Speaking to neighbours, they said this is the worst it's ever been. Photo taken outside 24 Seddon St half an hour after rain had stopped and things were starting to drain.
