> Unsafe Temporary Traffic Management Shared path closure in Hagley Park (for Electric Avenue) directs all cyclists onto Botanical Gardens access road, but there is NO advance warning for motorists that they will encounter cyclists on this route (speed bumps on road mean very few cyclists normally go this way). At least with the 20kph speed limit, chance of dying for any cyclist hit is less than 10%!
