> Hi, I live at 53 Cork street. I have recently built and moved in. I noticed there are three water meter boxes right in the centre of my property. It’s right in the way of my footpath. The developer, Quafies park said the council just came and installed them as it was without any notification. It looks like the water main runs left towards the houses down the lane. The lane is not private. It’s part of Cork street and the meter boxes should be in front on the sides for each house.
