> HEB closed Boys Place to all traffic (including residents) on Monday 17th. They brought their heavy machinery in that morning, then workmen showed up mid-afternoon, did 10 minutes of work, stopped for smoko then packed up and left. Tuesday they arrived early and started milling the road then packed up and left by mid-afternoon. Wednesday there was no sign of anyone until they came mid-afternoon to remove all their gear and they haven’t been seen since. It’s been left in a mess. Waste of RP $
