> Hagley Park Footpath Blocked Footpath alongside Botanical Gardens access road blocked in two places by fences from the Electric Avenue festival. Since people have to use this route to get past all the other Park closures, why would CCC allow them to be blocked? Do you want run down pedestrians? I also note that the fences ON the access road during Electric Avenue have been removed. Is CCC’s only priority ensuring that motorists aren’t inconvenienced, and damn anyone not in a car??
