Phillipstown Canterbury, Christchurch · filed 23 February 2025 · report 5921702
https://www.chch.live/report/5921702

> Neighbour at number 9 Newcastle Street is filling our wheelie bins once on the street with his building waste without our permission. This has been happening every week for many months now. He fills the bins from numbers 9A, 9B and 11. He pushes down our already full bins to add his stuff on top.
