> The traffic lights in Redcliffs need an urgent review of timings and sensors. The lights change virtually as soon as a pedestrian presses the button or a vehicle travels from the side street. This is the main road from Sumner and the peninsula as well as Lyttelton and traffic flow is heavy. The photograph of stopped traffic was taken at 0840 on Monday morning.. but the traffic congestion is common throughout the week. The authorities have been advised before but nothing seems to fixed!
