> This car has been parked outside 234 Bower Avenue since the afternoon of 20th February 2025. It is parked in a designated P120 area. The vehicle has not moved since it was parked up. Seems to be little point in having a designated P120 area if compliance is not monitored, especially because it is an ongoing issue with other vehicles from the nearby high schools. This car particularly concerns me as I suspect it has been dumped, judging by the state of it.
