> Whenever we have heavy rain this area floods leaving the footpath under water. The 2nd photo shows a manhole, there is a drain cover to the right of this - underwater, however there is no flow into this drain. The drain cover is getting overgrown and gets covered in grass cuttings whenever the verge is mowed. I endeavour to keep it clear, but even when clear it still floods.
