> Hagley Park Shared Path Blocked The shared path in Hagley Park connecting to Salisbury St is still blocked by the Electric Avenue organisers, despite all the signage saying it would reopen by 16:00 today. Given they probably didn’t have Council authority to have it closed at all today, I would suggest Parks staff get down there NOW with bolt cutters and open the path immediately! Frankly I’m pissed offer at how poorly Council has managed Park users during this event!!!!!
