> Hagley Park Path Hazards Salisbury St shared path in Hagley Park has been “reopened” following Electric Avenue closures. Unfortunately Electric Avenue organisers consider cracking the fence open a bit and then blocking the resulting gap with roadworks signs and stands as safe and meeting their obligation to reopen the path. Why do Electric Avenue organisers and Council keep f’ing with Christchurch residents and Park users???
