> Someone has spilt tar the whole way down the Ferrymeand causeway, through REDCLIFFS and onwards. There is a line of it on the road the whole way. I have then driven in a gravel driveway and the gravel as stuck to my vehicle. All vehicles are driving through it and you can hear it in the road. Please advise which company this was so I can claim damage to my car!
