> Lowlifes thinking the reserve on the corner of Westminster and Courtenay St is a dumping ground. Suitcase and tyre in the creek, an old Vote Duncan Webb sign, an abandoned trolley and it looks like someone has been sleeping rough, a few metres from our house. Can this all be removed please, thanks
