> This morning on my bike ride to work my back wheel slid out from under me and I crashed in the bike path. The cause of the slip was sand/granulated glass that I believe had been used as part of a road marking project. Fortunately I was just extremely badly bruised - I didn’t break any bones or hit my head. I biked home and returned (in my car) and swept the sand/glass into the gutter so no other cyclist would be injured. I have taken these photos on my way home at the end of the day.
