> Following any rain, water is seeping through our retaining wall and flooding our garden. Garden abuts the bottom of Patchett place and I’m concerned that storm water drains are damaged and leaking. This has recently become a major problem with a torrent gushing down through our property after recent thunder storm with heavy rain. I’m very worried that the whole wall will collapse under the weight of water!
