> There is water flowing onto my hill property and under my garage (flow is like a full on tap) and I cannot determine the source. However the source is not on my property and there is no sign of the source that I can see. There is a retaining wall on the road edge and steps leading down to the reserve (marked Cliff Walk as in pic). Water is flowing from this retaining wall which is council land from beneath the road and then into my property at 23 Te Ara Crescent. I am seriously concerned at the risk of damage to my property due to subsidence, let alone the nuisance value.
