> Seasonal flowers planted by CCC on traffic island block view lines of the Eastbound 76 (Brougham St) when sitting in the South bound giveway lane off Opawa Rd. Difficult to see through the tall purple flowers when in a hatchback/stationwagon/car. Would not be a problem if viewed from a contractors work truck or other vehicle with elevated views.
