> Water leak in toby box at front of property. The leak is from a joint adjacent to the council's water meter. It has been leaking for 2 years or more. For most of that time I thought it was due to my irrigation system, but the irrigation stopped working last month. When I saw water continuing to accumulate in the toby box, I bailed it out and found the leak. I think the meter was replaced some time ago, so the leak might have started then, but I'm not sure about that.
