> The council tree is overgrown and has cracked the driveway again that was just fixed a year ago. There is a broken branch high up that could fall on someone. The tree needs a very much needed hack back. The cracking in the drive way will eventually lift again been a hazard and going to keep happening unless something happens with the tree
