> At the top boundary of our property 14 Osmond Lane, we have a concrete easement water channel across the slope. At the border it meets a downhill drain beside 16 Osmond Lane, coming down from 15 and 14 Valley View and there are two large storm water pipes. Between the pipes the concrete is cracked and and is allowing water to seep into the ground. It has formed an under runner, pouring water out of one of our retaining walls and causing sodden ground. Access is over one of these properties
