> The storm water grate is inside the drain hole causing a danger. The drain looks to be blocked as it is full. The grate is on Travis Road next to the house on the corner of Parnwell street at 56 Parnwell St. Also the drain on the west side of Parnwell street is always blocked. The address of that house is 50 Travis Road but the drain is near the corner on Parnwell Street. Thanks
