> Property up a shared driveway has two large dogs. They have a gate to keep the dogs in, but recently have been leaving the gate open and the dogs have been getting out and roaming the shared driveway and out to the road. I'm getting fed up with coming across the evidence of them getting out, especially when the owners make no effort to pick it up. Also concerned about safety with the dogs getting out when there are small children up the shared driveway.
