> This needs to be tar sealed immediately! On Saturday my mother fell out of her wheel chair hit her head on the concrete and skinned her armed and has series bruising. Their are witnesses and an ambulance was called! Avoidable if in fact the council were doing there job correctly! This is a safety issue and could have easily caused a fatality! If this is not fixed with in the next 48 hours I will be going to the media! Regards Christine
