> A water meter on Hinau Street has a damaged cover. This meter is located near a fire hydrant on the footpath. This probably isn't a major issue. However, as I believe this is a fairly highly trafficked footpath (due to its proximity to the University of Canterbury), I think there is some risk to pedestrians presented by this hazard.
