> These publick toilets are used by the park and tennis club members . Often the toilets are vandalised to the extent they cannot be used. I have a photo of In side pointing at the skylight and entrance under the spouting . Is it possible to have bars fitted . When the toilets are unlocked they will be usable. Thanks .
