# Road Signage, 2E Te Rito Street, Burwood, Christchurch 8083, New Zealand

Burwood, Christchurch · filed 10 March 2025 · report 5999439

> Prestons and Preston Park roads are 40 kph. Prestons Rd is mostly 50 kph near housing. Why at the intersections which have traffic lights are the signs saying 60? Turn left at the lights at Te Rito and it is 50 kph. Go straight ahead and it is 40kph. Turn right and then it turns to 60 . Where in this intersection is it even possible to increase speed from 40 kph to 60kph? I think these signs are both confusing and dangerous.
