> More CNC shared path safety fence panels stolen. Missing panels in this specific section of fence have been reported twice previously. Another three panels have been removed, taking the total to 15 panels. Close to 30 panels have been removed along the shared path up to the Waimakariri river (mostly in vicinity of Belfast/Redwood). Many other panels have been damaged.
