> The stormwater drain outside is blocked. We tried removing some leaves and plastic bags, but even after clearing them, the drain remains blocked. The water level is deep, and our tools are not long enough to reach and remove any further obstructions. The water is also murky, so we can’t see what is causing the blockage.
