> Many bags of rubbish are being left at this rubbish bin by a local resident. I have seen them do it several times now in the last couple of months. No registration number, but it is a silver people-mover possibly from lower Sumnervalle Drive?. This is the school bus stop and the very first Stop of number 3 route. Very heavily populated. These bags have been there for four days now. ?
