> The Te Pakau Maru development on Mafeking/Beresford Streets are leaving so much mess. We saw this over the duration of the first stage which is now complete. They put drain covers on but never clean them, so the street floods in the rain, and they have these drain snakes disintegrating into other drains. It's disgusting from a company that claims to be environmentally friendly. Not nice for us residents of Mafeking St putting up with this on top of the noise and constant blocking of the street.
