> Hi this is the entrance to Kinsey Terrace Clifton Hill!! . The fennel obstructs views of traffic up and down the road as well as forcing vehicles onto the wrong side of the road to avoid it! It grows prolifically and has to be dug out. It is totally useless just cutting it back ( as we have tried) as it returns with gusto! Could someone please remove the entire plants of fennel! This has bee reported several times to CCC and nothing has been done. Thank you.
