> These dogs are often not contained at this property and have chased me up the road or surrounded me multiple times. This photo is after they were back towards their property (when they’re chasing me I am dealing with the immediate situation). The owner is aware but this continues to happen frequently. I no longer take my own dog on a walk up this road because of feeling unsafe due to these dogs
