> The yellow bins on Gloucester St were emptied between 9 am and 10.30 on Mon 17 March. There are a lot of bins. The contractor put about ? along the edge of the pavement leaving about 6 piled up behind them and filling the access way into the flats at 257 Gloucester. When this photo was taken I had already moved several bins. My blind friend was unable to enter the access to her flat until it was clear. They were empty bins, so contractor did it, not neighbours. Please leave access clear.
