> The Samoan church at 32 Frankleigh have dumped mattresses and bases in front of 34 Frankleigh … the tenant at 32a advised they had a lot of household items including beds/bases outside on their driveway. The mattresses turned up on Sunday night early Monday morning. The owners of 34a have also notified ccc of the dumping. They also appear to be using behind their garage as a latrine when there are many people there.
