> Alma place has a footpath down one side only. If you cannot get down the footpath, the only alternative is to walk on the road. Alma place is home to several people who have mobility issues, I myself use a guide dog and coming into Alma Place this morning I whacked my shoulder on the Power pole shown in the photo as the gap was too narrow to walk through. This would be very difficult if somebody were using a walking frame, wheelchair or had a pram or pushchair. The hedge needs to be cut back hard, but I don't know who it belongs to or who's responsibility it is.
