> This drain is blocked when it rains it overflows and runs down to the next one. I reported the cover had lifted after the bad rain we got last week and the cover was put back but the leaves were not removed just a quick put the grate back and go no investigation as to why, they should have known that something was wrong as it would take a lot of force to lift the grate. It has also caused the grass verge to sink which was fixed a few years ago but it is still on going.
