> Caulfield ave is flooded to the point where it requires knee high gumboots. The flooding is happening from Murphys rd end of Caulfield ave through to Hamil road. This happens everytime there is a heavy rain fall. The road needs to be more angled towards the storm water collection pond otherwise there is going to be damaged done to the road and cars crash having to use the middle of the road
