The landscaping material is being stored in reserve adjacent to property boundary of 26 Thorrington Road. Owner of materials has removed a section of fence to allow access to their property from the public reserve and to allow landscaping materials to be moved through opening in the fence. The obstruction includes a large wood sided enclosure which is storing sand.
