> This berm has a septic tank put in years ago. the berm was never levelled or edging put in, they just threw grass seed on it, the type of grass growing on it is terrible to mow it has a gorse type root and because it’s unlevel I now struggle to mow it due to being disabled and requiring hip replacement and the grass has now spread on to the foot path. This makes it hard for people walking with prams and kids on their bikes. Can something please be done as I can no longer mow it.
