> Ticket 52010 is not fixed. A property at 26 Te Ara Crescent has a drain leaking into a gutter on Te Ara Crescent right where the gutter is broken (see pic). When enough water pools it travels along to the stormwater drain as it should. However where the gutter is broken the water leaks under the road and appears again several metres inside the downhill property at 23 Te Ara Crescent (my property), running down my steps and depositing mud across my entranceway. When the uphill drain is overflowing there is a corresponding flow into my property. The stormwater drain near the smashed gutter is working fine, it just doesn’t the water flowing through the cracked gutter. Note the flow is all underground. The water disappears into the crack in the gutter, flows under the road and re emerges around 4m inside my boundary.
