> The large tulip tree on the berm outside our property is growing to a huge height and the root system is affecting the stormwater pipe outlet at the gutter. The concrete is cracking on top of the pipe. An employee from TreeTech stated such trees should never have been planted on a berm in a subdivision. We would also like the tree to be trimmed so it doesn’t hang over our property, please. Another aspect is the difficulty mowing the berm with the raised tree roots.
